Choose a lens

The shared loop answers different questions for every role.

The question to answer

How does every supported signal connect across the product development loop?

Keep customer feedback, delivery, release health, quality, reliability, and cost context connected.

In focus: bd · discovery · feedback · product · engineering · release · reliability · evidence

On AI

Great without AI. Superhuman with it.

lube has to earn its place with AI switched off. Then AI makes the person using it faster, on your provider, with your data, and every estimate labeled as an estimate.

Loved by the loop

Product and engineering teams who were tired of the mess.

I stopped pinging three people to find out whether a release actually went out.
Priya N.Staff Engineer · Northwind
Feedback finally sits next to the work that answers it. No more re-explaining the same request.
Marcus D.Head of Product · Cadence
Deploy, the flag behind it, and the uptime dip are in one place. Incident reviews got a lot shorter.
Sofia R.SRE Lead · Beacon Labs
I can see delivery flow without turning my team into a leaderboard. That mattered to me.

No more begging for a seat in a tool I only need to read from. I just have the context.
Lena K.Product Manager · Fathom
The flaky test that wasted our week finally showed up as a pattern instead of a mystery.

One workspace from the customer signal to the audit trail. Our tool sprawl actually went down.

AI spend and adoption are finally reviewable without a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

Why we built lube

We built lube because we were tired of the mess.

Tool switchingAccess gatesForwarded feedbackSeat costsSilent delays

lube is built by developers and product people who spent years switching between a dozen tools just to answer one question. What did the customer ask for? What shipped? Is it holding up?

The context we needed was always one login away. Sometimes you had access, sometimes you did not. You could not see feedback yourself, so you waited on someone to forward it, and the delay quietly cost you. The company would not pay for another seat, so the people told to keep up with users never actually could.

It was a mess that slowed everything down. So we started building the workspace we always wanted: one place where the signal, the delivery, and the evidence live together, and where access is not a gate between you and your own work.

Built out of the pain we lived, for the teams still living it.
