The lights are off

Flip the switch

Building products should feel easier. And a lot more fun.

One platform for the whole product lifecycle, from the first idea to the live release. Every part is rebuilt from the ground up, and one seat per person replaces the ten you juggle across separate tools.

One seat · the whole platform

Built from the ground up

Not ten old tools with one login. One product, rethought from scratch.

We rebuilt every part from first principles, so ideas, planning, delivery and reliability work as one thing. That is why it feels lighter to use, and why context stops leaking between apps every time work moves forward.

Nothing gets lost

From the first idea to the release that ships it.

One seat, not ten

One seat per person. Not one per tool.

The old way makes you buy the same person a separate seat in every tool: one for the tracker, one for feedback, one for the status page, one for the spend dashboard. You pay for them again and again.

  • 01

One seat per person covers the whole platform, not a separate seat in each tool.

  • 02

One bill instead of ten. Fewer renewals, less to reconcile.

  • 03

You pay by usage only where usage actually costs us.

The deepest AI usage data anywhere

See what every agent did. Not just what it cost.

Cost is the easy part, and everyone shows it. lube shows the whole session: every tool call and when it fired, which model and repo, cache hits, reasoning effort, and where a run failed.

flagged call · a tool call that failed or timed out

Session timeline · every tool call, when it fired
Session timeline
  • Every call, timed and laned

Each tool call lands on the session timeline: what ran, when it ran, which model, and where it failed. Not a monthly lump sum, the whole play-by-play.

  • Redacted by default

Prompts and completions are never stored. PII is stripped at ingest, and each person controls who can see their own usage.

  • One CLI, then it's on

Install @lubed/cli, point it at your workspace, and the telemetry flows. No agent rewrite, no proxy in front of your provider.

And this is one tool. We rebuilt every part of lube this deep, from the ground up. Here is how each one works.

On AI

Great without AI. Superhuman with it.

lube has to earn its place with AI switched off. Then AI makes the person using it faster, on your provider, with your data, and every estimate labeled as an estimate.

Plugs into what you already run

Your tools keep working. You just stop switching between them.

Why teams move

Product and engineering teams who were tired of the mess.

I stopped pinging three people to find out whether a release actually went out.
Priya N.Staff Engineer · Northwind
Feedback finally sits next to the work that answers it. No more re-explaining the same request.
Marcus D.Head of Product · Cadence
Deploy, the flag behind it, and the uptime dip are in one place. Incident reviews got a lot shorter.
Sofia R.SRE Lead · Beacon Labs
I can see delivery flow without turning my team into a leaderboard. That mattered to me.

Get in early

You're early. The price says so.

We launched with a focused core, and we are rebuilding the rest of the product lifecycle from the ground up. More of it ships every month. Getting in now means a lower price that stays low as the product grows.

  • 01

Live today: feedback, deploys, uptime, feature flags, audit logs, and AI usage.

  • 02

Next up: ideas, planning, and roadmaps, rebuilt from first principles.

  • 03

Founding pricing is locked in for early teams, even as we keep adding.

Why we built lube

We built lube because we were tired of the mess.

Tool switchingAccess gatesForwarded feedbackSeat costsSilent delays

lube is built by developers and product people who spent years switching between a dozen tools just to answer one question. What did the customer ask for? What shipped? Is it holding up?

The context we needed was always one login away. Sometimes you had access, sometimes you did not. You could not see feedback yourself, so you waited on someone to forward it, and the delay quietly cost you. The company would not pay for another seat, so the people told to keep up with users never actually could.

It was a mess that slowed everything down. So we started building the workspace we always wanted: one place where the signal, the delivery, and the evidence live together, and where access is not a gate between you and your own work.

Built out of the pain we lived, for the teams still living it.
