These terms govern access to lube.work marketing properties, trial environments, and self-serve usage. Commercial use is governed by the order form executed between lube and your organization.

Acceptable use
No scraping, no reverse engineering outside published APIs, no use of the service to perform unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse.
Marketing claims
Marketing pages may reference roadmap and forward-looking capability. Capabilities you depend on must be enumerated in your order form.
Intellectual property
You own your data. We own the platform. Feedback you submit may be incorporated into the product without obligation, but never attributed without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, lube is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Direct liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.
